In Need Home has taken an important step towards improving the safety and wellbeing of its children and staff thanks to the generous support of DISPAS Diplomatic Partners and Spouses.
Through their funding, the organization was able to purchase fire extinguishers and install a water filtration system. These items will play a big role in creating a safer and healthier environment for everyone at In Need Home. As part of the support, the staff and older children were also given an orientation on how to use fire extinguishers correctly. They learned how to respond in case of a fire emergency and the importance of acting quickly and safely. This training has increased awareness and preparedness, helping everyone feel more confident about their safety.
The fire extinguishers will help protect lives and property by allowing small fires to be controlled before they become dangerous. Having this equipment in place gives peace of mind to the children, staff, and visitors at the home.
The water filtration system is another valuable addition. It provides clean and safe drinking water, which helps prevent waterborne diseases and improves the overall health of the children and staff. Access to clean water also reduces the cost of buying drinking water and ensures a steady supply every day. The management of In Need Home expressed their heartfelt gratitude to DISPAS, Diplomatic Partners and Spouses for their kindness and commitment to supporting vulnerable children.
“We are truly grateful for this support. The fire extinguishers, training, and water filtration system will help us provide a safer and healthier environment for our children. These are practical gifts that will benefit us for many years to come,” said the Executive Director.
This support is a reminder that small acts of generosity can make a big difference. By investing in safety and health, DISPAS are helping to create a better future for the children at In Need Home.
The entire In Need Home family thanks DISPAS for their generosity and for standing with them in their mission to care for and empower children from disadvantaged communities.
